Making Cider in Canada — Stenberg Eats

In this episode of Stenberg Eats I interview Annelise Simonsen from Creek and Gully Cider in beautiful Naramata, British Columbia, Canada.

This is a great place for me to start on this YouTube food journey as it is close to home and in the family, but more than that, they are making some delicious ciders and doing it from an ethical and organic place. I’ve also had to give up gluten this year, which includes beer unfortunately, so a glass of cider has become something that I really appreciate.

There is also something about eating an apple straight from the tree that is pretty amazing and increasingly rare these days.

Check out Creek and Gully Cider, and Discover Naramata for more information about this special part of Canada.
