The Most Canadian Thing Ever — Eating Poutine in a Canadian Tire Parking Lot in Winter

One day while picking up supplies to cope with the Canadian winter, I decided that Poutine from the legendary Jeffer’s Fryzz was the suitable reward for a successful household shopping trip. As I sat shivering and eating my poutine under the red glow of the Canadian Tire sign, I thought to myself “could be the most quintessentially Canadian experience ever?” Throw in a visit from a Mountie, maybe a polar bear siting, and a beaver and it really could be a top contender for that honour.
